Criminal Law - II

Critical study of serious offences as lay down under IPC, would give our student to analyse the root cause for such criminal behaviour. Law commission of India’s reports and Annual Survey of Indian Law’s etc. facilitate our student to develop appropriate attitude towards crime but not criminal and work perfectly either in the profession or in any other occupation as the case may be.

Constitutional Law - II

This course aims at a better understanding of the legal issues involved in the working of the Constitution Law and the role played by the three organs in the same. It introduces the students to the stormy Centre-State relations and the conduct of elections. It gives the students an insight into the federal structure as envisaged in the Constitution of India and focuses upon educating them about the Legislative, Judiciary(Judges and their appointments), Executive Functions, (Appointment of the President, Governor), Administrative and Financial relations between the Centre and the States. It also gives an understanding of the different forms of Constitutions. Further, it enables the students to understand the judicial perspective over the Indian federalism. The students will also be introduced as to the role of finance commissions in the Centre- State relationship especially in the light of economic justice envisaged in COI. Student would be trained to be part of Constitutionalism for facilitating the same to everyone. Social cause will be given priority to individual cause both in profession and personal matters for achieving the goal of Indian Constitution.

Corporate law - II

Common man’s fiscal needs in purchasing shares would be adequately addressed by delivering sufficient inputs about SEBI, Security contracts, depositor’s and competition relevant provisions apart from foreign exchange regulations. This subject taught with TLP methods facilitate one to become sincere fiscal officer in any level of discipline including home. Financial discipline has its own role to play in personal as well State’s life. Sociological bent of economics is India’s goal and our student would be given adequate perspective to achieve the same.

Jurisprudence

Knowledge of “Law”, purpose of law will be appreciated by our students as they are taught with various theories of law including concepts. Law, asenacted, interpreted and implemented has its own perception which should achieve the intention of the enacting authority. Our students would be given adequate/ suitable activities for optimum utilisation of this course.

Law of Property

Property is the ancillary item in the life of modern man. This fact is identified by Apex court by appreciating the same under Art.21 of COI. Codified law relating to transfer of property especially immovable property during British regime would be analysed by our student especially for identifying whether these norms achieve the Constitutional goals or not? Easement law is introduced for developing proper attitude towards other’s legitimate expectations.
