The candidates who have cleared eligibility test (TSLAWCET) have to get their certificate verification through the nodal agency. TSLAWCET office provides the option for admissions priority wise in the name of web options for counselling in two phased manner. TSLAWCET office will be allotting the seat requiring the student to report to the concerned college for the purpose of finalising the admission. TSLAWCET office would be filling the seats up to 80%. If any seats are left over in the above mentioned 80% seats, those seats will be reserved for spot admissions subject to rules from the TSLAWCET office. The 20% of seats out of sanctioned strength falls under management quota to be admitted as per the norms from TSCHE and based on LSAT & CLAT score. The candidates to be admitted under management quota should have 45% of marks in their qualifying examination in the absence of TSLAWCET eligibility test score or on LSAT & CLAT score.

ESSENTIAL ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS [for 3 Yr/ 5 Yr LL.B Courses]

  • Candidate should be an Indian National.
  • Rank Card in TS LAWCET – 2017-18.
  • Educational Qualifications.

(i) Any degree from a recognised University in India in 10+2+3 for 3 yr LL.B and 10+2 pattern for 5 year LL.B.

(ii) Candidate should secure the following percentage of marks in the Qualifying Examination.
45% for OC / BC
40% for SC / ST

(iii) Candidates who have less than prescribed percentage of marks but have secured the same percentage or more on the aggregate in any PG Degree (Master Degree) or B.Ed. are also eligible for admission into 3 Years LL.B Course.

(iv) Candidates who have passed Degree examination by single sitting without undergoing three years course either through regular or private or correspondence and those who obtained the Degree through Open University system directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible.

(v) Candidates who have obtained 10+2 or graduation / post graduation through Open University System directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible.

Vacant seats if any may be filled with eligible candidates on merit basis who have passed the qualifying examination and it shall be ensured that all the eligible rank holders are considered for admission, before filling up vacant seats.

  • 10th class marks memo
  • School Bonafide Certificate
  • Intermediate Marks memo
  • Degree Marks Memos
  • Degree Consolidated Memo
  • Transfer Certificate & Migration certificate as per necessity
  • Community Certificate
  • TS LAWCET / LSAT / CLAT - Rank Card
  • Aadhar card copy
  • Equivalency certificate in case student studied in other state (Intermediate Board/ Universities / Schools) or in Other Countries.
